Booked a move within the city. Carlos and his team were very helpful. Right from the start when I called for a quote, Carlos was friendly, understood my move requirements and also proposed the right number of movers/time needed. Carlos' crew ran a smooth and seamless operation and we couldn't be happier with our move. The guys arrived ten minutes early and helped pack and move our 2BR/2BA flat. Everyone was very professional, respectful and polite. We had a couple of big furniture items in the top floor of a small Victorian conversion, and the guys disassembled and moved them with no issue at all. They also helped us put all the furniture back together at our new place after a very long day of work. Everything was well packed and safely moved to the new place. Thank you guys!

The guys came earlier than the arranged time and were ready to carry out the removal. They were so understanding as they had to wait 15 mins for me to arrive. Very were very efficient, patient and respectful of myself and the item. They took time to wrap the 77’ TV carefully with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the screen. They had a pleasant and cheerful manner, did not mind carrying the TV down two flights of stairs after being told that they could not use the lift. They secured the TV in the removal van and delivered in tact at the delivery address. Upon arrival there , they positioned the TV for me on the stand. removed all wrapping and checked the TV to see if working okay. Everything went smoothly- they even accepted taking a large art picture I had . Highly recommended. Thanks for a good job 😊

Really efficient and reliable - highly recommend! I booked MTC on short notice for a flat move after the original removal service I booked did not turn up, and they were professional, speedy and kind from start to finish. They arrived an hour after I called, and loaded everything in just 20 mins. They were also very fast unloading, and very careful with all my belongings all while having great communication from start to finish. Great service and really helped me in a sticky situation 😊

Office Relocation (70+ staff) Our company recently used MTC Removals for a large office relocation, moving over 70 staff from EC2 to SE1. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The project manager visited beforehand to assess the scope and created a clear plan so downtime was minimal. On moving day, the crew arrived early, provided crate hire for our files and IT equipment, and protected the floors and lifts at both locations. They dismantled and reassembled more than 70 desks and chairs, transported all monitors and computers safely, and ensured everything was set up at the new office so staff could get back to work quickly. The level of organization was outstanding it really felt like they had thought of every detail. Considering the scale of the move, I was amazed at how smoothly it went. Fantastic team. Super friendly and very patient. They took great care of all my possessions and what could have been a very complicated process became seamless. Can’t recommend MTC removals enough ! The team that helped us move were polite, professional , efficient and had such an eye for detail from start to finish. Very easy to arrange even though our house move was extremely last minute. Good communication and guys turned up on time and worked a very long day. MTC Removals are the best removal company you can find. They help us shift our belongings from a flat in the Docklands to our parents in the suburbs. The two gentlemen were polite, thorough and very good at removing and packing items efficiently. It is particularly difficult in a flat with tight corners but they worked expertly to get the job done. Soraya was excellent in communicating with us in advance on our quote and was very patient with us despite our sale process being complicated and exchange and completion only being confirmed at the last minute. I would highly recommend their services.

Moving house is stressful but I couldn’t fault the service MTC provided and the move itself went as smoothly as possible. Communication was easy in the run up and very accommodating, the vans turned up on time and an incredibly efficient and charming team made a big job look easy. We just left them to get on with things and everything made it to the other end in the right places. We’re very happy with the job they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very pleased with the removal service from MTC! They were quick, had the right tools to make moving as efficient and safe as possible. They dismantled some of my furniture too and reassembled it (better than I had put it together tbh). They were careful with my TV and furniture generally, and nothing of mine was broken or jostled too much as they had packed it tightly in the van. Even their customer service leading up to the booking and removal day was good! Very responsive and communicative. Would recommend!
